In your first consultation, you’ll learn what foods nature intended for you to eat and the ones she never meant for you to consume. This week we’ll clean all the junk out your pantry and refrigerator and stock them with the tasty, nutritious food your body and mind are truly hungry for.

Challenge:  Exchanging foods that offer little or no nutrition (some of these may surprise you) for foods that nourish you.

Week 2

HOW TO EAT

Nature designed the human digestive system to handle a wide variety of foods. Even so, digestion has its limitations. This week, you’ll learn what those limitations are and how to strengthen your digestion to deliver all the nutrients your body needs.

Challenge:  Dedicating time to nourishing your body and incorporating habits that facilitate good digestion. (Hint: chewing thoroughly is a good start).

Week 3

GET THE POISONS OUT!

Our Paleolithic ancestors were the beneficiaries of an environment free of toxins. But today, toxins are everywhere – in the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink. The list of disorders linked to toxic exposure is long and growing. This week I’ll teach you how to limit your toxic exposure and you’ll begin the important process of cleansing your internal body.

Week 4

MOVE IT!

For hundreds of thousands of years, physical activity was built into our daily lives. Our survival depended on it. The human body is designed for activity – thrives on it – yet more and more of us are leading sedentary lives, putting ourselves at risk for a host of degenerative diseases. Americans spend more time sitting (10 hours) than sleeping (7 hours) and the bad news is, current research shows that hitting the gym 2 or 3 days a week won’t protect you from the harmful effects. This week we get you up and out of that chair!

Challenge:  Finding creative ways to include activity in your day.

Week 5

CONQUER STRESS!

These days, stress is woven into the fabric of our daily lives – troubled relationships, money worries, pressures at work, time constraints, competition and the steady stream of unsettling news from around the world create a non-stop flow. The good news, according to experts, is that you don’t need to eliminate stress from your life to protect yourself from its harmful effects – but instead learn how to manage the stress you can’t avoid. This week you’ll learn a powerful technique to “excavate” stress from your body and keep it out for good!

Week 6

GET IN-SYNC WITH THE PLANET

The Earth rotates on its axis every 24 hours, creating alternating cycles of light and dark. That rotation creates a “Circadian Rhythm”, which has a potent impact on all life forms, humans included. Our biorhythms, the ebb and flow of energy within our organs and systems throughout the day, are calibrated every morning at sunrise and again every evening at sunset. Understanding the impact these rhythms have on your body and adjusting your life pattern to honor them is the final and perhaps most important lesson you will learn on the journey back to health.
